Our Frozen Foods Division
With more than 500 dedicated employees, we are driven by a shared passion for culinary excellence. Our teams are based at our Paris headquarters, across our European sales offices, and at our two production sites in Le Neubourg (Eure) and Castelsarrasin (Tarn-et-Garonne).
We bring to market a unique range of frozen specialties inspired by French and Japanese cuisines including our signature Gyoza, Macarons, and Petit Fours, distributed through multiple channels. We are proud to be the leading Gyoza brand in both France and Japan, as well as a globally recognized producer of macarons.

Our recruitment process
At Ajinomoto, we are committed to making our recruitment process a genuine encounter. The stages of our process are designed to give our candidates a comprehensive overview of the position they are applying for, their future working environment, and our corporate culture.
- We will contact you for an initial discussion, often by phone, with the recruiter to confirm practical details and ensure that the job description matches your aspirations.
- You will have a first interview with the manager and HR so that we can learn more about your background and share all the information you need to fully understand the position, its context, and our work environment.
- We will offer you a second interview with the N+2 and sometimes the department director to share their strategic vision and the challenges of the position and the department.
We prefer face-to-face interviews because we believe that nothing beats meeting in person. In all our recruitment processes, at least one of the interviews takes place in person so that you can discover your future workplace and imagine yourself there. When you apply for production positions in our factories, a site visit is scheduled.
