Mission
Nous recherchons un(e) Technicien(ne) de maintenance en CDI pour rejoindre l'équipe Maintenance pour notre site de production situé en Occitanie. Nous faisons partie de la Division Surgelés de la filiale européenne du groupe Ajinomoto qui propose des spécialités surgelées uniques des cuisines française et japonaise sur de nombreux circuits de distribution.
Vos missions :
- Réaliser la maintenance préventive et curative d’installations industrielles.
- Assister la Production lors du démarrage et de la remise en service des équipements.
- Assurer les consignations du matériel lors d’interventions.
- Prendre en charge le suivi et rendre compte régulièrement de l’avancement de ses travaux, à son hiérarchique.
- Rédiger ses interventions sur GMAO et respecter la méthode de traçabilité.
- Proposer et réaliser des améliorations sur les équipements.
- Proposer des améliorations visant à optimiser la sécurité et la facilité d’interventions sur les lignes.
- Porter un regard critique et conseiller sur la bonne utilisation des équipements.
- Vérifier et garantir la conformité et la sécurité des installations, lors de ses propres interventions.
